And now I am going to demonstrate how I allow the client to come out of the hypnotic state because of course I don't want to leave them down there. So Susie I am going to count up from one to five and with each and every count you become a little more awake and alert and you come back into this room and into the waking state. One two coming back into the room gradually, three taking a nice deep cleansing breath, four coming back into your body, and five eyes open and wide awake. Very good!
