"This next stretch is a butterfly, still engaging the upper body and the upper body stretch. So you're just going to slide your feet from that relaxed position, balls of the feet together, knees out, hands behind the back, fingers facing away from you. You're going to lift and press the body towards the feet, pressing your knees toward the floor, using your inner thighs and then again, squeezing the shoulder blades together and dropping the head back if you want. And that's the full engagement of the stretch. Deep breaths in, exhaling out. So you've got your body pressed toward your feet, knees pressed toward the floor, shoulder blades down, squeezed together and the head is back. Now if you like, it's called a butterfly, so if you want, really gently you can move the knees up and down, not forcefully or ballistically, but just really gently up and down to increase the stretch. So again, the body's toward the feet, knees toward the floor, shoulder blades together, head dropped back. Deep breath in and exhaling out. Take a deep breath in, and exhaling out. Then raise your head slowly bring it to center, you can sit back where your position's more comfortable. And again, just closing your eyes, and feeling the effects of the stretch."
