"This next stretch is going to be for the upper body. Opening up the chest, the attachment of the pecs to the shoulders. All you're going to do is take your hands behind the back, fingers preferably facing away from you, facing behind you. Keeping the shoulders down away from the ears, squeezing the shoulder blades together. And then from here all you're going to do is drop the head back as you squeeze the shoulder blades together. Deep breaths in through your nose, exhaling through your mouth. Keeping the shoulders relaxed, shoulder blades squeezed together lifting up to the ceiling and all the way back. If you like you can take a breather coming back to center and then engaging that again. Squeezing the shoulder blades down and back. You can hold that position there and opening up the heart and the throat as you slowly drop the head back. Deep breaths allowing some of the weight to fall into your hands. Just focusing on the breath, in through your nose and out through your mouth. And then slowly bringing the head back to center and bringing your hands in, again, feeling the effects of the stretch."
