"Gina's going to use the side twist on a wall to help her twist all the issues out of her hips, all the knots that we tie into each, ourselves into each day with our stress, get relieve when we do the spinal twist. They realign the spine and get rid of all those knots. So we're going to ask Gina to come into legs up a wall, so she's going to come up close to the wall and swing her legs right up to the sky, good. And if she were home she would relax here for just a few moments, good. She's going to take her left foot, and bend the knee, and cross it over her right leg and she's going to press her foot there for just a moment. And she's going to use the weight of her ankle to draw her leg down to the side. She's going to open her arms out into a T to balance herself out. And its okay to allow the hip to come up off the ground, good. And she's just going to keep using that weight of her ankle to draw that leg down further, giving a really good twist right here in the spine and opening up through the side body. Does it feel great? It does. Yeah."
