"Gina's relaxing in Elevated Legs up a wall pose and we're going to take this into just a little bit of hip stretch for her and a thigh stretch. So we're going to bring this into Wind Release Pose that also happens the energy freeing pose, helps with the digestion, hence the name. So she's just going to draw her right leg down and she's going to bend her knee and she's going to press her entire foot right into the wall. Now, if it has to be a little higher that's fine. Good. Cause some of you may not be able to have your buttocks against the wall with your foot this close. Gina's pretty flexible. Good. So she's going to inhale and press her heel right down into the wall using the wall as leverage so she can create a little tension. As she exhales she's going to lift her heel up and press into the ball of her foot. And as she does that, that's going to help her draw this knee into her chest a little bit more. Good. She's going to inhale, press her heel into the wall and then as she exhales, she's going to press into the ball of her foot and squeeze her thigh into her chest. Good. So one more time like that. Inhale, press your heel, and as you exhale lift the heel, press to the ball of the foot, good, and then she's going to release and slide her leg right back up the wall where she would be ready to do the other side."
