"Gina's relaxing here in elevated legs up a wall pose and so another pose she can come into is the Baddha Konasana or bound angle. So she's just going to slide her legs down and brings the souls of her feet together, just opening her thighs out, good. Notice how this opens our hips and opens out through our thighs. We carry a lot of stress and issues, emotional stuff right in the tissues of our hips. So she's going to release that as she renews. She can press into her feet or she could just relax. She might even want to press her thighs away but very gently, because we want to keep this in relaxation mode. If she's feeling any stress in the neck, we can always place that little neck pillow under for her, so she can just be comfortable as she relaxes and renews in Baddha Konasana."
