"Elevated leg up a wall is a really great way to relieve the stress from your day and it?s also a very good pose to do for a pregnant woman. So we're going to ask Gina to come around and she's, she's actually going to have to, the hardest part is getting along the wall. So she's going to bring her buttocks against the wall, legs come over to the side, its a little easier now, she don't have a solid wall, and she's going to flip her legs up, good. Notice how the shape of the pose is like a waterfall's, so she could feel, actually, if you think about it, you could feel the liquids in your legs as they fall down, cascading down your legs and pool in a lagoon in the valley. And then it?s just going to spill right over into the chest, reversing the flow of gravity, good. So she should feel really good, relieving her legs, relieving her feet. That's a great restorative pose that you could do anywhere at anytime, all that you need is a wall that you can lift your legs up to."
