"Another great way to lengthen out your spine which you can do anywhere because all you need is a flat surface, maybe even just a table, is the Wall Hang. So we're just going to ask Gina to turn around and face the wall, good. So she's going to come about arm's distance away from the wall, she can adjust that when she walks her feet back. So she's just going to press her fingers in, press her palm into the wall, and just walk her feet back as she lengthen out. Now she wants a nice, long flat spine, good, so she can just relieve the tension, good, her tail bone presses back. Notice how she's relaxing her head down. Now this should be a really good opening up through the side body, massaging all intestinal organ, good, and she also opening up through her shoulders, opening up through her armpit, and lengthening out her shoulders, press away from her ears. So this is a really way to do it. This is also called the Halfdown Dog. Remember you could do this on a table, a chair, a wall, anytime you're just feeling hunch or tired hang around, hands over computer, just turn around to the back of your chair, to the back of the wall, press in and lengthen your spine."
