"After a long day of work and walking around and doing whatever it is that you do, it's really great just to reverse the flow of gravity and just let it all go. So right now, Gina for us is going to do that by, she's just going to bring her legs out, just a little bit about six inches from the wall. Good. And she's going to place her entire spine on the wall. Good. She's going to inhale in, tuck her chin into her chest, and just begin to roll down. Now, as she does that, she wants to press each vertebrae, every single vertebrae, she wants to see if she can feel each vertebrae of a press before she comes all the way down and then hangs. Good. So she's just going to relax her head, relax her neck, relax her shoulders, this is also going to stimulate the pituitary gland. And when she's ready she's going to roll up and as she rolls up she's going to do this very slowly and she's going to try to press each vertebrae into the wall. You might find this not quite as easy as you think it is especially in that small of the back, so she's going to have to draw her belly in using her stomach muscles, and roll up filling even the space in between each vertebrae. This is going to help her elongate the spine, realign the spine and bring the tension out of the spine. She's going to relax her shoulders down and back; beautiful."
