"A supported wall hang is going to allow Gina to release the effects of the gravity that has been holding you all day long. You could do this pose anywhere even at the office, all you need is a flat surface from your wall. So Gina is just going to bring her feet about 12 inches away from the wall and she is just going to relax her buttocks back against the wall and she is just going to begin to hang forward. This is going to totally reverse the flow of gravity, reversing all the tension, just letting go of all the tension in the head, neck, and shoulders. Now Gina is going to take her hands and just reach on to the opposite elbow and just allow herself to hang, releasing through both side bodies, releasing through her spine, and she's even going to feel a nice stretch through her hamstrings. Again you can do this anywhere or anytime if you're at the office, shopping or just anything you are doing throughout the day just find yourself a wall and come down and hang and just stay there for 30 seconds or so and you will help yourself renew, reverse the flow of gravity, and begin to feel great."
