"Gina is lying comfortably in Goddess Pose. And we're gonna add to that a little shoulder release and chest opening with Angel Wing. So its just like she's gonna be making snow angels in the snow. She's gonna flip her hands, bring her hands right down next to her hips. As she inhales, she's just gonna gently float her arms out to the sides. Once she gets even up to her shoulders, she flips her arms up to the sky and if you can keep the fingers on the ground, you keep your fingers on the ground but its not necessary and reaching the arms up. Good. And then as she exhales, she floats her arms back down, turns her palms over at shoulder and then bring the hands back towards her hips. Now, she's just gonna use that really and focus on her breath with each inhale opening up just a little more, opening up her shoulders and this can also clean out any in-shoulder imbalances. You might find one arm is allowed or able to easily go much further than the other one. This will point out things about your body that you need to know. Good. And so if you find the spot that's painful or don't feel really good and tense, what you do is you just breath into that spot and you inhale, you hold your arms right there and you exhale into that spot to allow that tension to release. So Goddess Pose adding Angel Wing."
