"Another great pose to relaxing when you get home from a long day of work is with the Goddess Pose. So I'm going to ask Gina to come in to Goddess and be the Goddess that she is. We're going to take the rectangular bolster and lay it long wise, and Gina's going to bring her sacrum right up to the back of that bolster, good. And she's just going to lay down, opening up her chest, opening up her heart, good. So she's really reversing the posture forms that come from slumping over all day long. She going to lift up her knees and she going to let me put this bolster right under her knees. We'll just slip that right under there. Good. Now we going to make her as comfortable as possible, we going to roll out a blanket and place that right under her head. Good. And then if she even wants a little bit more, and what goddess doesn't right, we're just going to place the buzzy blanket right under her elbows so she is in the full height of comfort, there you go. Just breathing, restoring and renewing her energies."
