"The supported side twist is a great way to realign your spine and to get rid of all those issues, the emotional issues that we carry out in our tissues. We store all our emotions in our spine and our hips and we'll going to help Gina twist those right out, right now. So she's going to bring the bolster right in the center, the rectangular bolster and lay it long wise and she's going to bring her, is that your right hip, right up to the side of the bolster right here, bringing her knees directly out to the side. Good. Now she's going to lengthen up just as much as she can and rotate through her shoulders and her spine, lengthen inhale and as she exhales, she's just going to fall forward and lay down on that bolster. She's going to go ahead and turn her same ear to the bolster and relax her arms down. Good. Now she can lengthen through the side of the body and get a nice spinal twist, I'm going to give her just a little bit of extra right here, good, so she can lengthen out through the spine and just breath and relax."
