"Another great way to relax after a long day of work is with the Supported Bound Angle Pose. Gina's going to help me demonstrate this. Notice that we've taken our round bolster, and use it as a prop to prop up our rectangular bolster. You could do this with your pillows at home. So we're going to ask Gina to sit right here and place this right at her sacrum, good. She's going to bring this also for feet together and allow her knees to fall out to the sides. Good. Then she's just going to lay down back on the bolster, good. And we're going to roll up the neck roll for her using a blanket or a pillow whatever you have handy, just to make your head really comfortable, good. Now Gina's very flexible, so some people might have their knees up a lot higher so you can use blankets, blocks, whatever works, a pillow and we're just going to put this right under her knees, yeah. There. So that she can relax and renew, opening up through her thighs, opening up through her heart, relieving in any nasal or sinus congestion she might have because this allows the fluid to recirculate and just relax."
