"A great way to relieve the pressure from your head from sinus congestion is called the reclining hero pose. This is going to open your chest, open up your bronchial tubes and really make you feel great. We're going to use blankets this time and you really need to take the time to make sure you have the right height. Notice how we have set our bolsters up so it's almost like we're designing a thrown for Gina to come lay on so I'm going to ask Gina to sit here in hero's pose. She's going to bring her knees together as close as she can with her feet out to the side and just so they are in line with her hips and then she is just going to lay back on to the bolster. Now I notice that there is a big space in between here that she is going to have and we want her back to be very very comfortable so we can push a blanket right under there. Is that good? Good. Another place that we can help Gina out a little bit is to put a pillow or another blanket right under her neck. Is that good? Perfect. Okay. And also to help with her arms we're just going to place blankets rolled up under her arm so she has something to relax with and she can just totally melt right down into the floor. She is opening up her heart, relieving her lungs of any excess fluids and just breathing and relaxing. If you can't relax like this, I'm not sure that you can. Anyone can relax, I promise."
