"When you come home tired from a long day at work and you just need a few minutes to refresh yourself before continuing on with your busy day, a great way to do that is always the basic relaxation pose. We are going to ask Gina to demonstrate that for us. She is going to lay on her back and we're going to ask her to raise her knees and we're going to place the bolster right under her knees. This is going to relieve any tension, any pressure in her spine. Good. We are going to take a blanket and make a roll, you make the roll just equal to what that space is underneath her neck and lay that under there. Good. Her palms are going to be out to the side with her arms open to the sky. Good. If you happen to have a little aromatherapy eye pillow you can use it, or light a little candle to help you to relax and then if you want to bring your feet a little bit closer Gina, we can add just a little bit more by bringing the sand bag to her ankles. Good. There. She is able to relax, let go of her day, recharge her batteries, and restore a little energy so she can continue on with her busy day."
