"The supported bridge pose is a great way to relax after a long day's work. It also helps to relieve tension from the shoulders as well as relieving tension from your spine and it is said to help with headaches. Gina is going to step aside just for a moment because we are going to set the bolsters up. Now you can use one bolster but I find it more comfortable to have two so if you have two go ahead and use them and then we're going to set the rectangular bolster right up in front. Gina is going to take a seat on this front bolster and she is going to lie back and she wants to lie back so far that her shoulder blades, her entire shoulder blade is on the ground and then she is going to take her feet up on the bolster, you can extend the out long, very good. See how she is opening up her heart and we are going to make her neck a little more comfortable by placing a blanket here. Is that enough or not enough? That's perfect. Good. Now if she can she can bring her legs a little closer together and you can place these sand bags right on her legs and this should help to stretch the spine long, the full length of her spinal column, open up her shoulders, open up her chest, and all she has to do next is close her eyes and breath and relax."
