"A really nice pose to relax in, to relieve low back pressure or tension or pain, and also to help you posture is the supportive back bend. So I'm going to ask Gina, we're going to use blankets this time, because the ballisters are a little bit high, so you really need to make sure that you get your level the right height for your back. So, Gina's going to come here and lay over these. She's going to have her butt on the ground. Yes, sorry. Good. She's going to lay on back and have her knees up. Good. Now to support her head and neck, remember we want to be comfortable, this doesn't look comfortable, we're going to take one of our other rolled up blankets, how's that Gina? A little bit more? Okay, so we're going to take a little bit more underneath her and roll this one more. How's that? Good. So notice how this is opening up her chest and relieving any pressure that would be on her lower spine. So she's just going to allow her hips to sink down, and gradually that just pulls all the stress right out of the spine. She's going to allow her eyes to soften close. Good. And then she's going to breath, good, using that three part yoga breathe. So she's just going to relax and enjoy."
