"Another great way to relax the muscles in the neck is to come with just some side to side with head rotation which Gina is going to demonstrate for us now. She's still seated in her "sukasang" with her lung spine reaching the crown of the head up to the sky. And she's just going to allow her eyes to soften close. She's going to inhale in and as she exhales she's very gently just going to drop her chin down towards her chest. Now when she does that, she's going to think about lengthening out through the crown of her head, so she lengthens through her cervical spine, feeling the space in between each vertebra. She's very gently just going to begin with small movements rocking her head, from side to side, so it should be very subtle, should be very soft, it should feel very relax. And she's gradually going to make those rotations or half rotations a little bit lighter until on her next inhalations she's going to bring her right ear all the way over to her right shoulder. And she is just going to hang right there for just a moment. She's going to inhale in, and she's going to exhale. She's going to send that breath all the way down the side of her neck just to release any tensions, any stress bubbles, just allowing them to relax, release. Then on her next inhale, she's going to rotate her chin towards her shoulder, still with her head to the side. Good. So she might just feel that stretch all the way down into the top of her shoulder blades. Good. Exhaling lengthening through the crown of the head. Inhale she's going to rotate her head back."
