"Before you begin your restorative yoga practice, you need to get a few little toys together to help you through your practice. Right here I have two ballsters, which help a tremendous amount. Now this one's a rectangle and we also have round ballsters. If you don't have any ballsters lying around your house, you can just use pillows. But maybe you have ballsters from your chairs or couches and they're going to help us on our practice. We also use blankets. We want to fold this blanket most of the time in a rectangular manner. Okay. Just several blankets to stack on top of each other. Also if you don't have ballsters, you can use the blankets. We also use some smaller blankets that we rolled up for placing under different parts of your body, we'll show you later. A strap can come in really handy. And we also, use a sandbag for placing on different parts of our body just to give a little weight that really help us come into the poses more. Also an eye pillow helps a lot to help you calm down, they're usually filled with lavender or aromatherapy just to help, anything that can help you block out that outside world, bring yourself into "patiajara", withdrawing your energies with inside you, and make yourself feel really wonderful."
