"Okay this is another exercise that I like to do for the biceps. It is he barbell curl. Also when you go to pick up the weight you still want to do this properly. So I am going to bend my knees and just like you learned how to do this in school, lift properly and straighten back, stand up straight. Use those old skills you've learned and just curl straight up just like that. Again see how I'm keeping my arms on my sides, not moving and keeping all the tension on my biceps, just like that. Again always be cautious, you want to keep your back straight. I'm not moving my body. You don't want to overarch your back either, just like that."
