"O'kay so I just showed you some things for biceps and in keeping with the arm I am going to show you some stuff for triceps so what you want to do and again I love these, they're called kickbacks. You are going to stand like this on a bench, back straight, bring this up to your side and flex back just like that. I am letting my triceps do all the work. Now triceps is something you want to isolate because you do work them when you work your chest but you would want to work your chest before your triceps again because it is the bigger muscle but even though you do work your triceps when you work your chest you still want to isolate them. Give them some special work as well just like the biceps. So those are called kickbacks."
