"This is the T-Bar machine. This is going to serve basically the same function as the row. It will work your back, your lats, rear delts. What you're going to do is you're flat on this pad. Take this grip, lift it off. Again, always caution, I'm keeping my form from the very beginning. I'm not letting the weight pull my arms, pull on my arms, or pull on my shoulders way down. They're staying in place. I'm keeping all the tension in my back. That's where you want it. Just like that. Just always remember you should have someone with you that can watch you, especially if you've never done it before. When you're done, just set it down. That's it."
