"This is the seated row machine. This is going to work your back. So again your lats, back here. Your rear deltoids here and your whole upper back. Rhomboids, this entire area. Back lower traps as well, back here, alright? So your going to get started. Get a nice firm grip. And really, really important, you have to protect your back, your lower back, so you want to keep it straight. You never want to round like this - keep it straight. Then your going to sit up, chest up, stomach in, and your going to squeeze back - bring it forward, just like that. You don't want to swing your body, again you don't want to jerk it back, you want to keep your form at all times and just really work your back. And again your breathing is exhale - inhale, just like that! This is great for your back and when your done same thing. Set it down carefully, don?t rounds like that, just set it down. Keep your back straight."
