"Hi, my name is David with Expert Village and I’m going to show you how to adjust glasses. Now we’re going to discuss how to make adjustments on a flat temple frame. One of the popular frames that are out have what is considered a flat temple. In order to make adjustments on a flat temple frame you can do so by gripping the frame in the corner here and making adjustments at the screw head itself. This is done by either taking the frame or taking the temple and either applying force up or down at that point in order to straighten out the temple. If say your temple, say your frame is sitting slightly askew on your face, and it is caused by the temple itself, by it’s sitting out too far or in too close, by using a pair of needle nose pliers with the flat surface on the inside you can grip your frame as such around the full lens, take your nose pads from the bottom side, making sure you grab pretty close to the crease in the frame here, getting a good firm grip, using as little pressure as necessary take and either turn that frame in or out like so in order to adjust the temple. And that is how you adjust a flat temple frame. "
