"Hi, my name is David with Expert Village and I’m going to show you how to adjust glasses. Now I’m going to show you how to adjust the temples on a semi-rimless frame. When your frame is sitting crooked on your face, take the frame, turn it over and sit it on a flat surface to look to see if the temples are sitting flat. If they are not and they do need to be adjusted, take the frames be sure to hold onto the metal pieces here like so and apply pressure using your needle nose pliers, grip the frames like so and move it either up or down in order to adjust the frame to bring them back into level like so. Sometimes your glasses are sitting, shifted one side or the other. That can be caused by the temples, by one temple being pushed out farther than the other temple. To correct this you will grab a semi-rimless frame as such at the corner making sure that you have the entire side of the frame and using your fingers you will grip the frame as so and you will push it in or out in order to make the adjustment to bring the frames back to where they are perfectly balanced and that is how you adjust the temples on a semi-rimless frame.
