"Hi! My name is David with Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to adjust glasses. Now I'm going to show you how to adjust the temple on a full metal frame. One of the common indicators that a frame is not sitting correctly is that they are off balance. This usually indicates that the temple itself is a portion that needs to be adjusted. By using your needle nose pliers, grip the frame as such and very gently, you can feel the frame moving. At this point, take your glasses, turn them back over on a flat surface, and now you can see that we have actually over adjusted and need to correct that by taking your pliers. Apply them to your frame, and this time putting a little bit of downward force ever so slightly to show that we have correctly adjusted the temples. When adjusting your frame on a full metal frame, you need to be careful that when you are adjusting it and twisting that you do not apply so much force that it will snap the weld point at this area. It's a very soft weld point and it takes a lot of stress during daily wear. Any movements in extreme force will end up causing it to snap."
