"Hi! My name is David with Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to adjust glasses. Now we're going to discuss how to tell if the nose pads need to be adjusted. The nose pads are located here on your glasses in between the two lenses. They determine how high the frame sits on your nose and whether or not it sits center with your eyes. When putting on your glasses, you can tell if nose pads need to be adjusted by the way the frames sit on your face. If the frames are sitting too high, that means that the nose pads are too close together and need to be spread out. If the frames are sitting too low, that means that the nose pads are sitting too far apart and need to be pushed together in order to make them sit perfectly like so. Sometimes the frames will be sitting too far to one side or the other. That means that your nose pads are not centered properly and need to be adjusted in order to correct that. That is how you know that the nose pads needs to be adjusted. "
