"Hi! My name is David with Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to adjust glasses. Now we're going to discuss to see if the ear pieces need to be adjusted on your glasses. On your glasses, you have the temple piece. At the end we consider this portion of the frame between my fingers to be the ear piece. Sometimes when your glasses are sitting on your head, you'll feel like this part of the glasses are digging into the back of your ears. This can be fixed by either straightening the frames and making the curve farther towards the back, or bringing it in and make the curves closer towards your ears in order to make it tighter or snugger. The earpiece can also flare out too far such as this, giving you kind of like wings behind your ears, or they can be bent too close into your head and will actually start to dig into the back of your head and cause sores. That is how you know that the earpiece needs to be adjusted. "
