"Hi my name is Davina this is my model Kristen we are here on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip I will demonstrate how to properly apply nail polish. Starting after your pedicure is finish clean the surface of the toenail with a polish remover to remove any moisture. Just move it on each toe to give it a nice clean surface. Then using a base coat apply a thin coat on each nail. When polishing you should use three strokes on each nail. One on the side, one int the middle, and one on the other side. That gives it a even application. After the base coat is apply move on to your nail color. Do one stroke in the middle, one on the one side, and another stroke on the next side. Repeat. You want to apply two coats of your nail color. Using the same technique. After your coats are on apply a top coat. This is the final step in polishing the toenails. That is the proper technique in polishing toenails. "
