"My name is Davina this is my model Kristen we are here on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip I would demonstrate how to file your calluses on the feet. By filing you could either use uproot file or a pumice stone. It all in your personal preference. I preferred to use a foot file. I'm going to remove the foot from the basin. Drying it off. Hold the foot by the ankle starting in the bottom of the heel and working in a back and forth motion. You are going to completely file the foot until it is nice and smooth and all the calluses is removed. Working your way towards the center. Working around the side. Repeat on the other side. Another place that gets calluses is on the big toe and also on the pinkie. Most women because they where heels all day there toes are squashed in the heels with causes calluses to form on the toes. So you want to work up and down to remove that calluses and the bottom of the toe and then in the arch area. Some even form calluses on the tip of there toes. You can just check and if they do just slightly file that away and that is how you proper file a foot. "
