"Next exercise we are going to take a look at is for the gastrock. We are going to show you a good stretching exercise for this that just isolates the gastrock that takes out the hamstrings. Now we are going to do the gastrocks stretch which is also known as the calf muscle and the Achilles tendon all back through here. It's important for this to be wearing shoes because it gives you a little extra traction when you are putting your foot against the wall. So what you are going to want to do is be a couple of inches away from the wall as she is here, you want to put your hands out to steady yourself against the wall. Now from here you are going to want to bend this foot, come against the wall here until it's about 40 degrees, 45 degrees. And now from here you want to bring your knee towards the wall, just like this until you feel a nice stretch in the calf here. Now it's important to bend the knee because if you just keep it straight and bring the body forward then you are stretching all your hamstring and your calf?s, so you are not getting a true stretch for the calf muscle. So as you can see it's important to bend that knee just so we get an isolation of just the gastrock muscles, that's the idea here. And again you are just going to want to hold is for ten or fifteen seconds and just always make sure as before, you're breathing. Then after of course you relax and then switch sides to work the other one. So we just showed you how to stretch the gastrock muscle or the calf. It's pretty exact stretch but it's pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it. Now we are going to move on to the next muscle."
