"This next is the wall back stretch, this is going to stretch the low back muscles and the neck muscles. Now were going to show you how to do the wall back stretch. This is a really easy stretch because you can do it anyway in your house or apartment, you just got to have a place with a flat wall. So what your going to do is your just going to stand against the back wall and your just going to want to make sure that everything is in line as far as your leg goes, you want your hip right below your knees and your feet right below your knees. Now from here, just for the sake of the camera, I'm going to move this arm, but you should have your arm back against it. What we want to do is bring the small of your back flat against the wall, so it's the same as that pelvic tilt that we learned about earlier, except now were doing it standing. So your going to want to hold this flat like she is doing and your also kind of want to want to bring your neck flat too. It's going to bring you in like this. Now you?re going to hold this position for about ten to thirty seconds. It's important you don't want to over stretch these areas. Sometimes when we do these little stretches, what were doing is we?re stretching these intrinsic muscles. There really important. Sometimes you don't feel like your stretching much, but you are, so you never really want to go above en to thirty seconds with this hold and again you just want to continually breathing in and out as we do it. We will do that about five times and eventually we will want to move up the repetition till you get about doing at fifteen. That was the wall back stretch, again with most of these stretches were putting yourself in different positions, so sometimes you feel uncomfortable, but it's always important you never want to feel pain. If you feel pain with any of theses, you never want to be continuing to do them without someone professional taking a look at your form. Now were going to move on to the next clip."
