"Now we're going to move on to our next stretch. It's going to stretch our hip flexors. In this clip, we're going to see how to do the stretching exercise for the hip flexors. Now for this next stretch, the hip flexor stretch, you're going to want to in your bed at home. So, what you're going to want to do is be lying on your back near the edge of the bed. So now, you're going to want bring both of your knees up. Now, hold them together. Now, from this position, since she is laying on the left side of the bed, she is going to want to hold onto her right knee and slowly let her left leg drop down over the edge of the bed. You're going to want to hold that until you feel a stretch across the top of the hip and thigh. You're going to want to hold this for about 20 seconds while always breathing. Now, slowly come back up and relax into the neutral laying down position and then repeat on the other side. So now, when both knees are up here, she's going to want to hold onto the one leg here and then as this one comes down, you can see as it goes over the edge, it's going to start stretching out the hip flexors and the anterior thigh. Now, what you're going to want to do is come back up bring both knees here, just relax for a second and repeat 5 more times on that same side. When she is done with that, she is going to come over to the other side of the bed and then switch and do the right side. We just saw the stretching exercise for the hip flexors. Now we're going to move onto the next exercise."
