Having shapely, sexy breasts is a popular American standard of beauty. Cultural demands shift from generation to generation, and the twiggy models of the '60s and today are giving way to more full-figured representatives. Nowadays, hopefully, a healthier feminine image, apart from breast size, is being sold to male and female consumers of popular culture. You may totally disagree with standards of beauty and the patriarchal obsession with the fit female body, but regular exercise and strength training will also help people stay healthy. And being healthy is not so bad.
"In this clip we'll talk about breast reduction. What is breast reduction? Breast reduction is an operation that involves reducing or making smaller the breast in order to accomplish various things. Generally if a woman has breasts that are much to large and perhaps causing pain on her neck or her back or out of proportion getting in the way bothering her drooping down to much. A breast reduction is a good operation to consider and so the breast reduction surgery is done by a plastic surgeon in operating room. In a very careful environment and it involves assessing a lot of the important aspects of the patents health history to make sure they are a good candidate for it and to make sure that they will understand the implications of going through the breast reduction surgery. And that they are prepared and if it is done properly that the patent is properly prepared. It can be a very very satisfying operation for the patent and for the doctor in that it can be quite life changing because many symptoms are associated with having large pendulous breasts. That really can really get in the way of everyday activities. And so patents can be quite satisfied by this operation."
