"In this clip, we are going to talk about breast augmentation. Breast augmentation is a procedure performed by plastic surgeons. It is also called breast enlargement or breast enhancement. And, it involves placing an implant into the breast area to enhance a woman's figure. Generally, it's related to someone that's somewhat small breasted or perhaps their breasts are not in proportion to their body. They are mature enough, at least eighteen to twenty-two years old to make a decision about a body changing procedure. And, a purely elective operation. And, perhaps they've had children and their breasts have shrunk down somewhat. And, so they want to try to restore some of the fullness that they had in their breasts at a younger age. So, the breast augmentation is a procedure to enhance the breasts to repeat what we said in the beginning. And, essentially it's a procedure that can be performed that is performed very commonly by plastic surgeons. And, is one of the most common and most satisfying procedures for surgeons and for patients regarding making quite a change in someone's life without taking much risk at all. In fact, the risk factors are quite low and can be controlled to a very reasonable level for an elective procedure."
