If you think about Olympic athletes they have physical intelligence. They have physical genius in spades and then there are people who have an emotional intelligence if they have mastered they have a level of maturity and calmness and serenity about them that is far above the fray of politics or stress or modern life and then of course there is the mental genius that we know so much about people like Isaac Newton and Einstein and the great medical geniuses of our times and then there is the moral geniuses people like Mother Teresa and Mahatma Gandhi and then the spiritual geniuses from our history. Each of those have a quantifiable measurable intelligence in each of the domains of their expertise, but what somatic coaching tries to do is help a person develop their intelligence in each of those capacities."
