"Hi welcome back to Expert Village. So now what we're going to work on is the other part of the sit muscle which is the rotator cuff which is the scapula. That is the teres minor so also what we're going with the teres minor because it is kind of difficult to get to is we're going to kind of lift the scapula up and pull it towards the spinal wall so the best way to do that is you've got to kind of get underneath it, lift it up, and push it towards the spinal wall. Once again push down and you are going to see the scapula lift up and underneath and pull it back towards the spinal wall. That is the best way to get to the teres minor. It is really not that big of a muscle but it is definitely a very powerful muscle when it comes to your rotator cuff and and any type of injuries that you get with your rotator cuff. So once again you want to get underneath it and pull in and that is the best way to get to it."
