"Hi and welcome back to Expert Village. Before what we were doing is we were working on the trapezes and that goes along from the lumbar to the interior walls or spinal walls of the scapula. So what we're going to do now is we're going to kind of separate kind of the trapezes muscles away from the scapula. What you do is you kind of take your thumbs and you just push away, just kind of push away with your thumbs, push the scapula away. We're not really trying to separate them but we're just trying to kind of alleviate the pressure. Sometimes you will feel knots in there and it just kind of throws your thumbs off but just kind of keep enough pressure to where you are continuing to push the scapula away, just push it away. Points of reference, remember the Infraspinatus is the bottom point of your scapula and that is around the T8 which is your thoratis, 8 vertebra, and then your thoratis 2 vertebra so you kind of push it away."
