"Hi welcome back to Expert Village. So I've explained pretty much the main three muscles in the rotator cuff which is your scapula. There is one other major muscle which is the trapezes. This muscle is the most superior muscle in your back. It comes all the way down from your lumbar area all the way in to the walls of your scapula. As you can see I am just trailing down all the way down your trapezes all the way to the spine or the scapula and that also assists in keeping it down. But along with the sit muscles these muscles are really tight so they allow your scapula to stay down so we're not really trying to loosen them up. When you loosen them up and your scapula kind of protrudes it is called wing scapula and you don't want that, I mean that is really not good for all the rest of the parts of the body like the arms, and the shoulder blades and everything so what we're going to do is we're going to focus on the major superior muscle, the trapezes and we're going to kind of come all the way to the walls of the scapula. We're going to come in to the walls of the scapula kind of separating the walls of the body and just go all the way in to the walls of the scapula and then out, push in and out."
