Video Transcript

"Hi, welcome back to Expert Village. So after you do circular motions around and on top of the scapula I want to explain to you all about the muscles that kind of keep the scapula down so that you understand kind of where we are going next. The scapula is also considered the sit muscle which is your rotator cuff because these muscles make your scapula sit down pretty much on to your body so these muscles are S, your seratis interior, your infraspinatis, and your teres minor. Those are your sit muscles and they are superior, inferior, bottom and your teres minor on the side and it kind of comes in this way and they keep everything down."
