"Welcome back to Expert Village. After we do effleurage on the entire back and warm up the client, what we're going to do is, we're going to continue with the circular motions around the scapula and on top of the scapula. Nice circular motions, away from the spine, out laterally. Away from the spine and out. Ok. What's also good is if you can kind of open your hands up. Scapula is a large bone on the back. It's like a triangle, so if you can kind of like circle around that triangle with your hand. Pretty-most of the massage therapists can do this because, I mean, once you open your hand up, it can pretty much cover your scapula."
