"Hi, welcome back to Expert Village. So, we're kind of finishing up now, and we did horizontal frictioning across the lumbar area. Now, if you have a hard worker like Matt, here, what you kind of want to do is you don't want them to leave sedated or anything like that. So, topmotement is a modality that is done toward the end of the massage to re-energize the client. So what it is is just a light pounding and you are reconnecting the body. Light pounding. You start pretty much in the area that you were working. And you don't want to spend too much time on any other area. You just kind of want to finish it out. You can do it like that, or you can do symmetric pounding. Kind of just tie it into the back. We're reconnecting the back."
