"Welcome back to Expert Village. So now what we're going to do is we're going to do a stretch. Of all the techniques that we did you don't necessarily have to do one after the other or do all of them but there are just good techniques to do if you are really trying to focus on the lower back to relieve that tension. So this is another one that we're going to kind of end with when it comes to technique. We are going to do what I call a stretch so you are literally going put your pressure down and really pull as much as you can on the opposite end. So you are going to apply pressure and pull from the opposite end. So apply pressure and pull from the lumbar area, apply pressure and pull out, okay? This is good when it comes to your hip, your spine, just pull and remember everything is out, everything is away from the spine. So apply the pressure and just pull as much as you can. It would be good to not have any restriction like friction or anything like that because it might be uncomfortable but just be lubricated enough to glide along the body. So just press and pull, press and just pull away."
