"Welcome back to Expert Village, on our series on the lower back. Just previously what we did is we did horizontal movement across the lumber area. Now this is kind of a vertical move which is also a stretch. Okay, well I call it a press and pull because you press to kind of feel out the tension and then you just pull up. And then if you want to you can also pull down. But I like to pull up and while I am pulling up I allow my other hand to stay in place. So once again pull up. Nice stretch. Pull up. Pull up. Pull up. Pull up. And it's mainly a stretch so you want some gliding movement. You don't want any type of friction but you do want to feel it out. So go as deep as you can. Is that okay? The pressures okay? Yes. You want to go as deep as you can to where it's still comfortable. You kind of want to press. You kind of want to twist the muscle. You kind of, you know you want to just twist one side against the other. Okay. This is what I call the press and pull."
