"Welcome back to Expert Village. We are focusing on the lower back. What we're doing now is we're doing horizontal strokes across the lumber area. It's almost like a stretch. What you're doing is you're taking one side and you're pushing it out. Taking the other side and pushing it out at the same time. Okay, we are still on warming up. A lot of times you are either going to get a person that is not as tense or you're going to get a person who is really, really tense. So you don't want to just get into the massage and kind of make it to where it's uncomfortable. So just light strokes. You may after a while once you feel it getting warm. You can start to go deeper. Just continue to push out and push out and push out. All the way in to the point where you kind of feel the tail bone. That's, that's really the point. You don't want to go any further than that point. But like I said you want to go from probably the middle of the back all the way down to the tail bone."
