Video Transcript

"Hello, Hi, welcome back to Expert Village with our series on the lower back. Now, what we did is we decided to focus more on the lower back. Previously, we kind of tied the lower back into the upper back to introduce the upper and lower back. Warm up and now what we are going to do is apply circular motions to the pare-spinal muscles. Okay. These are the muscles toward the lower lumbar area which is the area pretty much from here to here to your hip and the pare-spinal muscles are the muscles that connect to your spine outward. This is where you get a lot of pain and discomfort from. So you kind-of see how it is like separation. Okay. Separation of the muscles. Circular motions out, circular motions out. You can also do like inward circular motions or you can do outward. It doesn't matter. What you are trying to do is push away from the spine. Push away, push away."
