"So we're to do again reflexology. We are going to do reflexology with a warm up just like any other exercise or massage. You kind of want to just shake the foot, just shake the foot, find out what you're range of motion is, find out if there are any restrictions. Another way is to kind of just grab it from the bottom and just press. You can also come the other way and just pull down. Another way is to grab the base of the big toe and just bend it that way. Now the other way. And then right within the ankle put both of your palms down and just shake that heel shake it and work up that area. Continue to work on and that's a good warm up."
