"Now, what is a muscle without a nerve? It's not a muscle at all, because you must innervate the muscle in order for it to move. So you have nerves ok all in here. If I were to press really really hard it would be very uncomfortable because there?s nerves just feeling just everything all in here. Even though there's not that much muscle, there are a whole lot of nerves in your foot. Ok. So these are called Plantar. The nerve is called Plantar ok. You have a medial and you have a lateral. Medial, more inside lateral, more outside. So just depending on where you are on the foot it's either going to be medial or lateral outside of the foot. But it starts from the calcareous all the way up to the toes, to the tip of the toes. The nerves they just, there's so many. I mean it's, really they don't even name them. It's just Plantar nerves ok. And they just attribute it to innervating all the muscles inside of the foot."
