"So what we're doing is we're doing layer two now. We did layer one which is probably the most superficial muscle in your foot from the calcaneus up to the tarsals. Now layer two is the quadratus plantus - ok. That muscle goes from the calcaneus and it goes up into the arch of your foot. So any like problems that you may have - some people have a low arch. Some people have a high arch. Some people have shoes that press against this muscle and you get really tight cramps in the foot. When you get cramps in the foot, this is probably where you're getting it from - quadratus plantus all in here. And then it goes up and it just goes up into these four toes. It doesn't touch your big toe. It goes into the four toes here. So, it goes all along the arch up into the toes."
